How does Planely know when a flight is overhead?
Planely watches live flight data near the location you choose and sends you a push notification when a matching commercial flight passes within your radius — even when the app is closed.
I’m not getting notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Planely in your device Settings, that you’ve saved a watch location in the app, and that you’ve opened the app recently. Opening the app refreshes the connection that lets us notify you.
Why does Planely need my location?
Your location is how we know which aircraft are near you. You can set it manually or use your current location, and you can change it anytime in the Location tab.
What do I get with Planely Pro?
Planely Pro unlocks a larger watch radius (up to 25 miles), flight origin and destination in every alert, direction and aircraft-type filters, regional and cargo airlines, and the 24-hr cloud-cover forecast.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Planely to change or cancel. See the Terms of Use for details.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from your account email and we’ll delete your account and associated personal data.
